  1. Recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) vide notification no: F.9-8/2006(CPP-I),dated 28-11-2006 under section 2(f) of the UGC Act.
  2. Recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) vide notification F.No. 9-8/2006 (CPP-I/PU),dated: 24-05-2013 under section 12(B) of the UGC Act.
  3. Specified courses are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) which include MBA, MCA, B.Tech. Civil Engineering, B.Tech. Computer Science & Engineering, B.Tech.Electrical Engineering, B.Tech. Electronics & Communication Engineering and B.Tech. FoodTechnology.
  4. The University has been admitted as a member Association of Indian Universities (AIU) vide no:Meet/SC/301/2009/17460, dated: 10-12-2009.
  5. The University has been registered with the Ministry of Home Affairs Govt. of India for Foreign Contribution Regulations Act 1976 (FCRA) for receiving grants from Foreign sources. (No funds other than funds from UPEACE Costa Rica amounting to 2804.70 USD have been received so far ).
  6. The University has been registered under section 10(23c) (vi) of the Income Tax Act.
