Mission
The way of imparting education will be such as to prepare the dynamic graduating students ready to compete and contribute in the today’s ever-changing, technology driven world through their skills, both applied and theoretical. The curriculum is designed to provide the basic and in-depth knowledge of the subject relevant to current educational and research scenario along with the job market demands. The thrust will be upon the important role of physics in electronic industry, energy studies, nanotechnology, material science etc. At the same time equal emphasis will be laid on theoretical physics in order to polish and groom the intellect of students to dig deeper into the mysteries of nature that forms the cornerstone of civilizational development. In order to keep our curriculum challenging, vibrant and relevant, the participation of faculty and students in workshops, meetings and conferences is encouraged.
