The International Centre for Spiritual Studies (ICSS) at Islamic University of Science and Technology is dedicated to advanced research and scholarship in spirituality, mysticism, and comparative study of religions. The Centre seeks to offer spiritual perspectives on the growing ideological, cultural, ethical and intellectual challenges of the contemporary world. As an academic and research-oriented institution, ICSS seeks to address the growing neglect of spiritual and ethical development in modern life by fostering deeper reflection on human search for meaning, peace, and moral responsibility. Through rigorous scholarship and dialogue across religious traditions, the Centre promotes critical engagement with the spiritual heritage of humanity. With particular attention to the spiritual traditions of Kashmir, ICSS connects local wisdom with global scholarly conversations on religion, interreligious understanding, and the cultivation of humane and sustainable societies.
