It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Department of Philosophy. The Dept. has been established to engage students, researchers and the wider society in fundamental questions about reality, knowledge and value besides fostering an interdisciplinary approach to pedagogy and research. To accomplish this objective, the Dept. offers open elective (OE)courses, MA in Philosophy and PhD in Philosophy.
